Call Center Representative
The Call Center Representative serves as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, delivering timely and accurate support related to claims, benefits, and eligibility. This role focuses on resolving provider inquiries, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing a high level of customer service while working collaboratively with internal teams.
Quality Auditor
The Quality Auditor is responsible for conducting reviews of internal processes, claims, enrollment data, provider records, and other operational functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in supporting innermark TPA’s commitment to high quality service delivery and compliance with CMS, State, and contractual requirements for PACE Organizations.
