Tom has over 20 years of experience building healthcare software and solutions. Since 2010, he has worked with PACE programs, Medicaid Case Management organizations and other Home and Community based Services all over the country.
Prior to starting Innermark, Tom was the CTO and lead software architect for Transcend Technologies Group where he developed several platforms for benefits administration and online enrollment for insurance brokers and carriers.
Patty Bailey

Patty has over 30 years of experience in managed care systems including hospital, nursing home and PACE settings. Patty began her career in PACE in 1999, serving eight years in various accounting and compliance roles and two years as Health Information Management Director in the first PACE Organization to achieve Medicare permanent provider status.
In addition to being instrumental in developing the computer system utilized by the organization, she was the CMS submission and health plan management expert for the organization. Patty has comprehensive experience and knowledge in key areas of PACE including enrollment, claims processing, Risk Adjustment and Encounter Data submission, and Medicare Part D submission requirements.
Prior to joining Innermark, Patty was the Chief Executive Officer of Peak PACE Solutions, a Company of Altitude Edge Consultants. Building the comprehensive service line from the ground up, Patty was responsible for developing effective teams to provide timely, transparent, and compliant services. During her tenure, Patty focused on overseeing operations, growth, and development of the company.
Mark Friedman
Chief Product Project Promotion Officer
Mark has over 30 years of experience in software and healthcare technology companies. Prior to joining Innermark, Mark was the Chief Technology Officer and partner in Cognify where they developed the leading EHR solution for the PACE market prior to successfully selling the company to Tabula Rasa HealthCare.
